For customers running Five9 VCC. CallingEdge integrates over the Five9 supervisor REST API for placing calls, transferring, and dispositioning. Real-time events come back through a small poller bridge we run against the Statistics API.

What we need from you

Setup at a glance
Section titled “Setup at a glance”- Provision the service account in Five9 with the right roles.
- Add our egress IP to your Five9 Trusted IPs list.
- Send credentials and IDs to us through the secure intake.
- We stand up the poller bridge and confirm health.
Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”- Five9 has no native webhook push; events arrive via our poller bridge (we run it, no work for you).
- Password rotation on the Five9 side requires a fresh value to us; send the new password through the secure intake before rotating.
