Cisco Webex Contact Center

Integration key: cisco-webex-cc

Use CallingEdge inside your Webex CX environment as an AI agent that creates tasks, handles outbound campaigns, and hands warm transfers to your human agents with the campaign, contact, and intent already attached.

  • Outbound campaigns dispatched as Webex CC tasks
  • Inbound calls answered by AI on whichever entry points you choose
  • Warm or blind transfer to your queues and agents
  • Wrap-up codes written back through the Webex API
  • Attached context (campaign, contact, intent, merge fields) visible in screen pop
  • Real-time webhook stream from Webex normalized into the CallingEdge event shape
  • Recording
