What we need from you

Setup at a glance
Section titled “Setup at a glance”- In Webex Control Hub, create an integration with scopes for
cjp:user,cjp:config, and webhook read/write. - Authorize the integration once to produce a refresh token.
- Send the client ID, client secret, refresh token, tenant ID, entry point ID, and outbound ANI to us through the secure intake.
- Add our webhook URL as a Webex CX webhook target for
task.*events. - We verify health and you start placing test calls.
Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”- Attended transfer is not yet wired (blind transfer works).
- DTMF capture passthrough to your apps is not yet surfaced.
