CallingEdge integrations

CallingEdge fits two shapes:

  • Overlay on the voice stack you already run. Drop us in front of an existing contact center, behind your PBX, or alongside your agents. AI handles all, part, or none of the conversation: you decide per workflow.
  • Full PBX + IVR + call center, run by us. If you do not have a contact center, or you want to retire one, we are your phone system: SIP trunks, IVR menus, agent routing, recording, WebRTC dialer for browser agents. Optionally with AI on the front line.

The CallingEdge PBX stack is currently in production for a U.S. Department of State contractor running a high-volume citizen-facing IVR. The platform you would run is the same one running there.

  • Place outbound calls through your existing trunk or contact center queue, with AI handling part or all of the conversation
  • Receive inbound calls routed from your PBX or contact center, answered by AI, optionally transferred to a human
  • Hybrid mode: AI greets, qualifies, and routes; a human picks up only when the call meets your criteria
  • Warm and blind transfer to a human agent with the campaign, contact, intent, and merge fields attached
  • Wrap up with dispositions that flow back to your CRM
  • Receive normalized webhooks for every call lifecycle event, regardless of upstream vendor
