Integration key: bland
If you already have a Bland.ai account, we plug into it and run your AI agents under the same normalized integration surface as every other platform. Useful when you want to keep using Bland’s pathway editor but also want CallingEdge’s webhook normalization, retry, transfer with attached context, and multi-platform routing.

Setup at a glance
Section titled “Setup at a glance”- Send us the API key and pathway IDs through the secure intake link we provide.
- We configure your tenant and confirm health.
- You start dispatching calls via our REST API and receiving normalized webhooks.
Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”- Mid-call transfer must be issued from inside the pathway (Bland design); the framework transfer endpoint is not used here.
- No wrap-up code surface; we infer disposition from the pathway outcome.
