* Five9 has no native webhook push. We run a bridge that polls Five9’s APIs and delivers events into the same stream as everything else; no work for you.

  • Place / receive call: outbound dispatch and inbound answering through the platform.
  • Blind / attended transfer: hand the active call to a new destination, with or without an introduction leg.
  • Attach context (screen pop): campaign, contact, intent, and merge fields ride into the platform so a human agent sees them on answer.
  • Wrap up: write a disposition code (and notes) back to the platform on call end.
  • Real-time webhook events: every call state change posts to your URL in the normalized event shape.
  • Recording / transcript: URLs to the recording and (where supported) the transcript surface on the ended event.
  • DTMF: caller key-press capture surfaced on the event stream.
  • The Cisco CUCM, Generic SIP, and Teams Direct Routing paths share the same underlying SIP plumbing; they differ in how you front them (trusted gateway, SBC, route pattern) but the capability surface is the same.
  • Attended transfer is currently only exposed on Genesys Cloud; we are tracking it for other platforms on the roadmap.
